You can choose either CR or EPDM as sponge material. The thickness is about from 5 to 30mm. By the reason that uniform bubble over the entire surface by our own manufacturing method, many customers are using in the coating line such as roll coater and others.

We have a wide variety of silicon roller such as heat resistance, conductive type, heat-resistance type and others for various applications. Many of them pass Food Sanitation Act (Japan) and they can be used safely in the production line of foods.
